Hayling Island First Responders
Time for some people, is a Matter of Life or Death

The People of Hayling

Hayling Community Responders are now entering our 10th Year. This is all due to the generous donations from the people and businesses of Hayling.

You may have seen a number of us out on the streets of Mengham for a street collection in order to raise money for a replacement responder car. We are pleased to announce that we raised a total of £861.00!

Thank you and keep on supporting us and we will be able to keep on supporting you.

Britnet (our web guys & girls)

www.brit-net.co.uk/

We have to say a big thankyou to the team at Britnet, they support us entirely out of the goodness of their hearts.

They have done this for quite a few years now and long may it continue. Without their support we would not be able to keep you all up to date with what is happening on Hayling and in our little part of it.

Thanks guys, we really appreciate it.

All those who supported our Display and Education trailer.

There are far to many groups, organisations and individuals involved to name them all.(and some wish to remain anonymous)

But with out these generous people none of what you will soon be seeing in a street near you would be possible.

Carol - Roger and all at the West Town

A huge thanks to all who contributed to Carol and Roger's 'Rock Fest' at the West Town on 4th September 2010 which raised £1,000 for the Hayling Responder's

Fullers Brewery Annual Inter Pub Shoot 2010

A big thank you to all who contributed at the Fullers Brewery Annual Inter Pub Shoot at the Maypole Pub. A very generous £1,000 was donated.

Bands in the Barn 2010

Bands in the Barn was a huge success in 2010, and thanks to their support and two year commitment to First Responders, BitB have provided funds to replace our vehicle.

We are pleased to announce that we have arranged delivery of a new Ford Focus Estate which will be arriving in January so keep an eye out for it around the Island and at BitB 2011.

The Committee of BitB have been listening to many bands over the last few months and are close to making the selection for this year’s event which will be announced shortly. With the success of the cocktail bar last year this will be repeated again in conjunction with the other two bars giving a great selection of drinks. All the food for the BBQ’s will be locally produced.
Tickets will be available from the BitB website and Hayling Island Community Centre.
So do not miss out this year and put the following date in your calendar
18th June 2011 Manor Farm Havant Road
See you there
